Event Overview
The 3/9 Infantry Regiment “Manchu” community is preparing for a highly anticipated reunion in June 2027, hosted at Fort Carson, Colorado – “The Mountain Post.” While the exact dates are still being finalized, they will be announced well in advance to allow attendees sufficient time to plan travel and accommodations.
This marks the second reunion held at Fort Carson, reinforcing its significance as a central location for honoring the legacy and continued brotherhood of the Manchu Regiment.
A Historic Legacy on Display
A major highlight tied to Fort Carson is the return of one of the regiment’s most treasured artifacts:
The 92-pound silver punch bowl, named after Colonel Emerson H. Liscum
A 116-year-old regimental treasure
Returned stateside and unveiled on April 25, 2018
Now proudly displayed at the 4th Infantry Division Museum
This historic artifact symbolizes the enduring heritage, sacrifice, and pride of the 9th Infantry Regiment.
